Ryeim Ansaf

Ryeim Ansaf is a third-year pre-medicine student at Colorado State University Pueblo. As an undergraduate student, she is passionate about medical research in regenerative sciences and biomedical engineering. Her medical interests include dermatology and orthopedics with an emphasis in regenerative interventions. As part of her research lab, she focuses on incorporating image processing to study the effects of poly-phenol rich diets on bone mineral density and mechanical strength. She also enjoys reading about recent scientific discoveries and creating artwork to communicate science creatively. When away from pre-medicine studies, Ryeim enjoys spending time with family, listening to music and raising awareness for breast cancer internationally through the Know Your Lemons® Foundation.
