Types of Submissions
Please carefully read through the following guidelines for your specific type of manuscript and ensure it adheres to these guidelines before submitting your manuscript for review. This is especially important if you are submitting a paper formatted for a different purpose (i.e. conference, undergraduate thesis).
Notice for all submissions:
During the submission process, all contact between authors and advisors of manuscripts and JYI staff must occur via email (…@jyi.org) or approved applications (Scholastica, etc.). Do not contact JYI staff outside of these means.

We kindly ask that you ensure your manuscripts are saved as Word files and the Author Contract and Author Pre-Submission Checklist are both uploaded alongside your submission. Please note that failing to adhere to our submissions guidelines or not attaching your signed Author Contract (co-signed by your research supervisor) may delay the initiation of the peer review process.
